If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request for a exchange within 14 days from the date delivered. Please follow instructions of our return & exchange policy below.

Items must be neatly packed and ready securely in the re-sealable package you received them in.
Invoice should also be included inside the package.
Items must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
Items must have all tags attached.
Return | Exchange Procedure
Step 01:
You can inform us through call or WhatsApp us on +9477 5920 481. Let us know your need to exchange your particular item
Step 02:
send the package back through Registered Post or a Courier Service along with following details.
To – Origins Wear, Kurundu Alliya, Melsiripura, 077 5920 481
From – (Your Details with the order number)
Post it back to us within 2-3 working days with the original condition along with the price tags, Please WhatsApp us the Courier/Postal receipt of your exchange package. Please note that you must bear the cost of delivery charge.
Step 03 : Once we have received the package, one of our Sales Representatives will contact you.
If any returns do not meet policy requirements, the items will be sent back to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Returning items for exchange can either be collected via same courier service at your request or you may use a reliable courier to send it back to us. Exchange will be processed after inspection of returned items. Total value of the order will be Discount next order except delivery charges.. This usually takes 2 working days upon receiving the returned package.
