How can I get assistance if I need it?

If you need to amend your order after it has been placed, you will need to contact us on +94 70 140 6060, as soon as possible.

Please be aware that this will delay your order by around 48 hours from the original delivery estimate.
How can I purchase gift vouchers?
At the moment we do not offer gift cards on our website, this is a service we wish to provide in the coming months.

Can I get my item delivered on a specific date
Please get in touch with our team for special request and out team will do their best to accomadate your request. However will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
We are one of the few brands to provide an islandwide delivery service. However please note that some orders may get delayed due to the prevailing travel restrictions in the country.
What happens when my order gets delayed?

What if I’m not in when the parcel arrives?
Our courier partner will contact you and will SMS you prior to making the delivery.
All products are manufactured and shipped from Sri lanka.
Do you deliver internationally?

What are your international delivery timeframes?
We use EMS & DHL for all international deliveries. Product delivery takes 10 – 12 days from the date of order.
Can I track my international order?
Yes, we will share your tracking number via email.
Return & Exchanges
I want to return an item I purchased
Kindly refer to the below points:
- Returns have to be made within 14 days from receiving the order.
- Product must be unworn and with the original tags.
- Please contact us with yout details, we will arrange a courier to pick up the item and have it sent back to us.
- The refund will be made once the product is received and conducting a quality check.
- Card orders will be refunded to the same account.
- For cash on Delivery orders, will be refunded via bank transfer
RETURN | EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Please fill in and submit the Service Request Form on this page to initiate your request. We will contact you if further clarification is required
In most cases exchange requests will be dispatched within 2 working days depending on the stock availability. Returning items will be collected at the time of your new delivery. A collection & re delivery charge of Rs.300/- may apply. Kindly note that this process will take 3-7 working days to be fulfilled.
Returning items for refund can either be collected via same courier service at your request or you may use a reliable courier to send it back to us. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items. Total value of the order will be refunded except delivery charges. Transfers can be made to any nominated bank by you. A notification with proof will be sent when the transfer is been made. This usually takes 2 working days upon receiving the returned package.
If any returns do not meet policy requirements, the items will be sent back to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
Yes, we accept product exchange.
What if my product is damaged?
We sincerely apologize for the damaged product.

Once we confirm that the product is damaged our represantives will collect your order within the next 3-5 working days and another product will be sent free of charge.
How long does it take for me to get an item exchanged?
The customer should bear the courier charges and will have to send it to the origins wear head office. Once received this will take 3 – 5 working days to be delivered back to the customer.
